Ce mandat doit s’effectuer par des visites régulières afin d’effectuer l’entretien requis et consiste à : l’ajustement du niveau de l’eau, la vérification de la mécanique reliée à la filtration, effectuer le lavage à contre-courant (Backwash), assurer la disponibilité des produits chimiques, vérifier les paramètres physicochimiques, bactériologiques ainsi qu’à ajouter les produits chimiques nécessaires pour ajuster les dits paramètres aux valeurs requises. Le tout selon la règlementation applicable, notamment le Règlement sur la qualité de l’eau des piscines et autres bassins artificiels Il s’agit d’un appel d’offres sur invitation. Il y a deux de types prix à fournir, un prix à forfait comprenant toutes les exigences du contrat pour l’exécution des services mensuels dans chacune des écoles (tel que décrit au devis) et un prix à forfait pour exécution complète par demande d’intervention sur appel (services sur demande). Aussi, les prix à forfait demandés doivent comprendre tous les frais nécessaires pour répondre au besoin décrit, tel que frais d’administration, déplacement, horaire de travail, frais de livraison, etc. Les employés devront avoir une expérience d’au moins deux (2) années en gestion de piscine publique et une formation en traitement de l’eau de piscine publique. Les pièces justificatives à cet égard devront être remises lors de la rencontre de démarrage. Le superviseur devra détenir une formation en traitement de l’eau potable (D.E.C.) ou Opérateur de Piscine Certifié (CPO) par la NSPF.
