100%La municipalité de Saint-Zénon demande des soumissions pour des travaux de déneigement et de déglaçage sur les chemins municipaux d’une longueur totale de 66,85 km. Les soumissions seront reçues par la soussignée jusqu’à 9 h30, mercredi le 3 août 2022. Les soumissions, sous enveloppes scellées, devront être identifiées comme suit: «SOUMISSION POUR ENTRETIEN DES CHEMINS D’HIVER : CANTON DE PROVOST ET DE MASSON ».

Elles devront parvenir à la Municipalité de Saint-Zénon, à l‘attention de Mme Julie Martin, directrice générale et secrétaire-trésorière au 6101, rue Principale, Saint-Zénon (Québec) J0K 3N0. Elles seront ouvertes et lues ledit jour et à ladite heure au bureau municipal, à la même adresse, conformément aux dispositions du Code Municipal du Québec. Le contrat d’entretien des chemins d’hiver est prévu pour trois ans soit les saisons : 2022-2023, 2023-2024 et 2024-2025. Les documents de soumission pourront seulement être obtenus par le biais du système électronique d’appels d’offres, SE@O, à l’adresse suivante : https://www.seao.ca Ne seront considérées, que les soumissions préparées sur le bordereau de soumission officiel fourni à cette fin par la Municipalité de Saint-Zénon et étant accompagnées du Règlement de gestion contractuelle de la Municipalité de Saint-Zénon, de la déclaration signée faite en vertu de ce Règlement, du devis de soumission et du devis technique signée ainsi que de tous les documents exigés. La Municipalité ne s’engage à retenir, ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues.
