2022-04 Vente de terrains et construction d’un projet immobilier résidentiel – Lots 6 515 178, 6 515 179 et 6 515 180 du cadastre du Québec situés sur la route des Outaouais à Brownsburg-Chatham La Ville de Brownsburg-Chatham (ci-après « Ville ») est propriétaire de lots vacants suivants d’une superficie totale de 33 386,5 mètres carrés : 6 515 178 : superficie de 20 345,5 mètres carrés; 6 515 179 : superficie de 4 197,0 mètres carrés; 6 515 180 : superficie de 8 844,0 mètres carrés; Ces lots sont globalement délimités au sud par la rivière des Outaouais et au nord par la route des Outaouais (route 344) (ci-après collectivement appelés « Immeuble »). La Ville souhaite vendre l’ Immeuble pour le valoriser avec la construction d’un projet résidentiel qui mise sur l’innovation tant au niveau de son implantation et de son architecture qu’à celui de ses qualités en matière de développement durable. Il s’agit pour la Ville d’un projet phare. Il se doit d’être exemplaire et représentatif des qualités que recherche la Ville dans la construction des nouveaux projets résidentiels sur son territoire. Les personnes intéressées sont invitées à répondre dans les délais prescrits à la présente demande de propositions sur le système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) à l’adresse suivante : www.seao.ca. Un devis décrivant les conditions de cet appel de propositions est disponible. Les propositions devront être déposées, au plus tard, le 29 septembre 2022, à 11h dans une enveloppe scellée. Toute proposition reçue après l’heure et la date spécifiées ci-haut sera rejetée. Les propositions seront ouvertes publiquement le même jour à 11 h 01. Le conseil municipal ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse, nu aucune des propositions et ce, sans avoir à motiver sa décision et sans aucune obligation envers le ou les proposants et sans encourir des dommages d’aucune façon.
