100%APPEL D’OFFRES PUBLIC nº 22-561 Vidange et transport des boues de fosses septiques du territoire de la MRC Robert-Cliche La Ville de Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce demande des soumissions pour la vidange et le transport des boues de fosses septiques de la MRC Robert-Cliche selon les options suivantes : Option 1 : contrat d’une durée de 3 ans pour les années 2023, 2024 et 2025 Option 2 : contrat d’une durée de 4 ans pour les années 2023, 2024, 2025 et 2026.

Les documents nécessaires à la soumission seront disponibles par l’intermédiaire uniquement du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) à l’adresse : www.seao.ca ou commander par téléphone au numéro sans frais (number on the official notice) (numéro de l’avis : 1622365). L’o btention des documents est sujette à la tarification de cet organisme. Tout soumissionnaire intéressé devra se conformer aux exigences contenues dans les documents d’appel d’offres. Pour être considérée, votre soumission doit être placée sous enveloppe scellée portant l’inscription « Appel d’offres 22-561 - Vidange et transport des boues de fosses septiques du territoire de la MRC Robert-Cliche » et adressée au 843, avenue du Palais, Saint - Joseph - de - Beauce, (Québec) G0S 2V0. La soumission doit être reçue avant 10h30, le mercredi 10 août 2022. L’ouverture des soumissions se fera au même endroit, immédiatement après l’heure de clôture des soumissions. Une garantie de soumission équivalente à 25 000 $ sous forme de cautionnement, de chèque visé ou de traite bancaire doit accompagner la soumission. Le présent contrat est assujetti à l’ACCQO, à l’AQNB et à l’ALEC. La Ville ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions. Le contrat est adjugé sur décision du conseil de la Ville, à sa seule discrétion, et la Ville ne peut être liée d’aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son conseil.
