1. OBJET DU CONTRAT

1.1. L’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public afin d’obtenir des services professionnels en génie électromécanique dans le cadre d’un projet de remise à neuf et réhabilitation complète des systèmes et infrastructures électromécaniques du site et de tous les 206 logements aux Habitations Boyce-Viau, situées en face du Stade olympique de Montréal. Les neuf (9) bâtiments de cet ensemble immobilier ont des adresses multiples sur les rues Viau, Théodore et avenue Pierre-De-Coubertin à Montréal dans l’arrondissement Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. 1.2. Considérant l’envergure du projet, l’OMHM prévoit la réalisation des travaux en plusieurs phases. 1.3. Le soumissionnaire doit fournir, conformément aux documents contractuels, des services professionnels qui peuvent comprendre, sans s’y limiter : 1.3.1. La préparation d’expertises, d’analyses et de rapports; 1.3.2. La préparation d’estimations et de ventilations de coûts; 1.3.3. La confection de plans et devis; 1.3.4. La coordination avec les autres professionnels; 1.3.5. L’accompagnement lors d’appels d’offres : analyse des soumissions, préparation d’addendas et recommandations d’octroi de contrat; 1.3.6. La surveillance de chantier; 1.3.7. Les inspections pour déficiences; 1.3.8. La mise en service et suivi de performance; 1.3.9. L’accompagnement lors de litiges. 1.4. La portée des travaux est décrite au DEVIS et le soumissionnaire doit s’y référer pour comprendre l’étendue de ses obligations.

2. DURÉE DU CONTRAT

2.1. Sous réserve des conditions mentionnées dans les documents d’appel d’offres, le contrat couvre la période du 15 septembre 2022 au 30 juin 2029
