À compter du 27 juin 2022, les documents nécessaires et autres renseignements pourront être obtenus sur le service SEAO qui est un système électronique d’appel d’offres mis en place par le gouvernement du Québec en payant les frais exigés.

Toute personne intéressée peut contacter le service SEAO au numéro de téléphone (number on the official notice). Pour être valides, les soumissions cachetées, adressées au responsable de l’appel d’offres, et portant la mention « Soumission - 2022-06 - Réfection et agrandissement de l'aérogare » devront se trouver physiquement au bureau de la MRC du Rocher-Percé situé au 129, boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest, bureau 101, Chandler (Québec) G0C 1K0, au plus tard, à 15 h 00 ( heure légale du Québec), le lundi 18 juillet 2022 . Les soumissionnaires doivent prendre note que la soumission doit être accompagnée d’un chèque visé ou d’un cautionnement de soumission représentant au moins DIX POUR CENT (10%) du montant total de la Soumission avant taxe(s). Ce cautionnement doit être valide pour une période de trente (30) jours à partir de la date d’ouverture des soumissions. Les soumissions seront ouvertes le lundi 18 juillet 2022, à compter de 15 h 05. L’ouverture des soumissions s’effectuera en présence de deux (2) témoins qui n’ont aucun intérêt dans le contrat, au bureau de la MRC, 129, boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest, bureau 101, Chandler (Québec) G0C 1K0. La MRC du Rocher-Percé ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues et n’assume aucune obligation de quelque nature que ce soit envers le ou les soumissionnaires. Elle se réserve également le droit de retrancher certaines parties du contrat. La date limite pour les questions est le 8 juillet 2022. La date limite pour le dépôt d’une plainte dans le cadre de la demande de soumissions publiques est fixée au 8 juillet 2022.
