Seules les personnes, sociétés et compagnies qui ont obtenu le document d’appel d’offres directement sur SEAO et qui ont leur licence de la Régie du Bâtiment du Québec sont admises à soumissionner.
OUVERTURE DES SOUMISSIONS
Les soumissions (un original et trois copies) devront être insérées dans des enveloppes cachetées et clairement identifiées avec le bordereau de prix dans une enveloppe séparée. Elles seront reçues au bureau de la Municipalité à l’adresse ci-haut mentionnée, le ou avant le 14 juillet 2022 à 11h , à l’attention de Mme Marie-France Boisvert, Directrice générale. Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement ou par enregistrement vidéo (à valider selon les consignes relatives à la COVID-19) le même jour à 11h05 , dans la salle du Conseil municipal. La Municipalité de Yamachiche n’accepte aucune offre expédiée par télécopieur ou par courriel, toute offre ainsi transmise sera automatiquement rejetée. La Municipalité de Yamachiche ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions.
