N° MEK-P0261 La municipalité de Notre-Dame-de Montauban demande des soumissions pour les travaux de reconstruction de la chaussée et le drainage de la rue Saint-Siméon, incluant l’asphaltage sur une distance de ±370 mètres. Les travaux faisant l’objet du contrat sont détaillés à l’article « Objet du contrat » des « CLAUSES ADMINISTRATIVES PARTICULIÈRE ».

SOUMISSION: Une garantie de soumission sous forme de chèque visé, de cautionnement de soumission ou de lettre de garantie irrévocable au montant de 10% de la soumission, fait à l’ordre de la Municipalité de Notre-Dame-de-Montauban, devra accompagner la soumission. Toute soumission devra être valable pour une période de soixante (60) jours, suivant la date fixée pour l’ouverture des soumissions.

SOUMISSIONS: Les soumissions devront être placées dans des enveloppes cachetées portant la mention « SOUMISSION – MEK-P0261 – rue Saint-Siméon » et adressées à l’attention de la directrice générale de la municipalité de Notre-Dame-de-Montauban, madame Pascale Bonin. Les soumissions seront reçues jusqu’à 11h, 05 juillet 2022 , au bureau de la municipalité situé au 555, avenue des Loisirs, Notre-Dame-de-Montauban, G0X 1W0. Elles seront ouvertes publiquement le même jour, au même endroit à 11h 00. La municipalité de Notre-Dame-de-Montauban n’accepte aucune offre expédiée par télécopieur ou courriel, toute offre ainsi transmise sera automatiquement rejetée. La municipalité de Notre-Dame-de-Montauban ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions présentées, ni à encourir aucuns frais, ni obligation d’aucune sorte envers le ou les soumissionnaires et se réserve le droit de passer outre à une irrégularité mineure dans le cas de la plus basse soumission.
