Une somme forfaitaire fixe de 500 $ est exigée en guise de dépôt de soumission. Les soumissionnaires devront faire parvenir leur offre à l’attention de M e Mélanie Lebrun-Boivin, greffière, Hôtel de ville de Thetford Mines, 144 rue Notre-Dame Ouest, Thetford Mines, G6G 1J3, avant 14 h, le 7 juillet 2022 . Les soumissions seront ouvertes en public dans la salle des délibérations du Conseil de l’hôtel de ville de Thetford Mines, le même jour, et au terme de la période de réception des soumissions. La Ville ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions et se réserve le droit de les accepter en tout ou en partie, et ce, selon l’option choisie.
