La Ville de Saint-Pascal demande des soumissions pour l’approvisionnement du Centre sportif de Saint-Pascal en gaz propane en vrac et en bouteilles de 29,7 litres pour une durée de 33 mois, soit du 1 er août 2022 au 30 avril 2025.

DOCUMENTS DE SOUMISSION
Les soumissionnaires peuvent se procurer une copie du devis et de la formule de soumission par le biais du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) accessible à l’adresse Internet suivante www.seao.ca en payant les coûts prévus.
CONDITIONS DE SOUMISSION
Seules sont autorisées à soumissionner les personnes, sociétés ou compagnies ayant leur principale place d’affaires au Québec ou lorsqu’un accord intergouvernemental est applicable, dans une province ou un territoire visé par cet accord. Le présent contrat est assujetti à l’Accord du commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO), à l’Accord de libéralisation des marchés publics du Québec et du Nouveau-Brunswick (AQNB) et à l’Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC). Les soumissions doivent être faites sur la formule de soumission fournie avec le devis et doivent être accompagnées d'une garantie de soumission correspondant à un montant équivalent à dix pour cent (10 %) du montant total de la soumission incluant les taxes applicables. Cette garantie peut être sous forme de chèque visé fait à l'ordre de la Ville de Saint-Pascal ou sous forme de cautionnement de soumission émis en faveur de la Ville par une compagnie d'assurance autorisée à se porter caution.
OUVERTURE DES SOUMISSIONS
Les soumissions seront reçues à l’hôtel de ville de Saint-Pascal, au 465, rue Taché, Saint-Pascal, G0L 3Y0, dans des enveloppes cachetées et adressées à l’attention de Me Louise St-Pierre, greffière, jusqu’à 11 h , heure en vigueur localement, le mardi 28 juin 2022 pour être ouvertes le même jour, au même endroit, immédiatement après l’heure limite. Les enveloppes devront porter la mention « Soumission – Approvisionnement du Centre sportif en gaz propane ». La Ville de Saint-Pascal ne s'engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues. La Ville de Saint-Pascal ne sera passible en outre d’aucune poursuite ou réclamation pour frais ou pertes subis par les soumissionnaires à la suite de telles décisions.
