OPTION Cet avis comporte des options. Deux options de renouvellement du contrat quant à l'acquisition des consommables pour une durée supplémentaire d'un an chacune Des options d’acquisitions supplémentaires identifiées au bordereau de prix. Ces options pourront être utilisées pour l’hôpital de St-Georges, l’Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis, l’hôpital de Thetford Mines et l’hôpital de Montmagny.

CALENDRIER DE RÉALISATION ET ADRESSE
Les biens devront être livrés et installés à l’hôpital de Saint-Georges situé au : 1515, 17e Rue, Saint-Georges (Québec), G5Y 4T8 L’adjudicataire devra livrer et installer les biens pendant le mois de septembre 2022. La salle sera fermée pendant une durée de 1 à 2 semaines pour permettre à l’adjudicataire de réaliser les travaux d’installation.

L’ouverture des soumissions sera effectuée par les personnes désignées du CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches, immédiatement après la clôture au lieu, date et heure indiqués au document d’appel d’offres. L’ouverture des soumissions est publique.
