Pour être reçue, toute soumission doit se trouver physiquement, sous pli cacheté, à la réception de l'Hôtel de Ville situé au 87 rue Principale à Granby, avant l'heure et la date mentionnées ci-haut. Le soumissionnaire doit se procurer le document d’appel d’offres directement du Système Électronique d’Appel d’Offres (SÉAO) en s’adressant à un de ses représentants par téléphone au (number on the official notice) ou au (number on the official notice) ou en consultant le site internet www.seao.ca . Les documents doivent être obtenus au coût établi par le SÉAO. Le soumissionnaire doit avoir un établissement au Québec ou dans un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental de libéralisation des marchés applicable à la Ville de Granby selon les conditions de l’appel d’offres. Toute soumission devra être produite et soumise sur le formulaire de soumission fourni à cette fin, et être conforme aux conditions stipulées dans la présente demande de soumission et au devis l’accompagnant. Avec sa soumission, le soumissionnaire doit verser une garantie de soumission d'une valeur au moins égale à 10% du Montant total de la soumission (taxes incluses) sous forme de chèque visé tiré d'une banque à charte canadienne ou d'une caisse populaire, payable à la Ville de Granby ou une lettre de garantie bancaire irrévocable ou d’un cautionnement de la même valeur. La Ville de Granby ne s'engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions présentées et n'encourt aucune obligation envers les soumissionnaires. Les soumissions seront ouvertes au jour et à l'heure indiquée en rubrique, à l'Hôtel de Ville de Granby. Les soumissionnaires sont invités à assister à l'ouverture des soumissions.
