Endroit de réception : Entrée principale du Service des approvisionnements, 50, rue Marie-de-l'Incarnation, Québec (Québec) G1N 3E7. Les heures d'ouverture de nos bureaux sont de 8 h 15 à 12 h et de 13 h 15 à 16 h du lundi au vendredi. Compte tenu de la situation pandémique actuelle, il est fortement recommandé et plus sécuritaire de consulter l’ouverture des soumissions publique qui est diffusée quotidiennement sur le SEAO (disponible généralement en début d’après-midi). Toutefois, il est permis d’y assister en respectant les consignes de la santé publique en vigueur (port du couvre-visage obligatoire, distanciation sociale, etc.) La capacité maximale de la salle est fixée à 12 fournisseurs.
