Ces activités incluent notamment la fabrication et la livraison avec le déchargement de conteneurs pour ordures et matières recyclables : Activité A – Fabrication et livraison de conteneurs en plastique pour ordures et matières recyclables; Activité B – Fabrication et livraison de conteneurs mixtes en métal. Pour être reçue, toute soumission doit se trouver physiquement, sous pli cacheté, à la réception de la MRC de La Haute-Yamaska située au 76, rue Dufferin à Granby, avant l’heure et la date mentionnées ci-haut. Le document d’appel d’offres peut être obtenu en s’adressant au s ystème électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) en communiquant avec un de ses représentants par téléphone au (number on the official notice) ou au (number on the official notice) ou en consultant le site Web www.seao.ca. Le document peut être obtenu au coût établi par le SEAO. Avec sa soumission, le soumissionnaire doit verser une garantie de soumission d’une valeur au moins égale à 3 % de la valeur totale de la soumission excluant les options (TPS et TVQ incluses) sous forme de chèque visé tiré d’une banque à charte canadienne ou d’une caisse populaire faisant affaire au Québec, payable à la MRC de La Haute-Yamaska, d’une traite bancaire ou d’une lettre de garantie bancaire irrévocable émise par l’une ou l’autre de ces institutions. Le soumissionnaire doit avoir un établissement au Québec ou dans un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental de libéralisation des marchés applicable à la MRC de La Haute-Yamaska selon les conditions de l’appel d’offres. La MRC de La Haute-Yamaska ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions présentées et n’encourt aucune obligation envers les soumissionnaires. Les soumissions seront ouvertes à 10 h 05 au jour indiqué en rubrique au bureau de la MRC. Les soumissionnaires sont invités à l’ouverture des soumissions.
