Appel d’offres RÉFECTION DES INFRASTRUCTURES DES RUES HÉBERT, BLAIS, DU PASSAGE ET BENNETT AVIS EST, PAR LES PRÉSENTES, DONNÉ QUE des soumissions cachetées et endossées relatives au projet de réfection des infrastructures des rues Hébert, Blais, du Passage et Bennett à Thetford Mines seront reçues au bureau de la soussignée jusqu’au 14 juin 2022 à 14 heures . Les documents seront disponibles à partir du 25 mai 2022 exclusivement à partir du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) en téléphonant au (number on the official notice) ou en consultant le www.seao.ca ; les frais établis par cet organisme étant applicables. Un chèque visé ou un cautionnement de soumission irrévocable d’un montant correspondant à 10 % du total de la soumission est exigé pour le dépôt d’une offre. Les cautionnements irrévocables et les prix soumis devront être valides pour une période de quarante-cinq (45) jours de calendrier suivant la date d’ouverture de offres. Les soumissionnaires devront faire parvenir leur offre à l’attention de M e Mélanie Lebrun-Boivin, greffière, 144 rue Notre-Dame Ouest, Thetford Mines, Québec, G6G 1J3, et ce, avant 14 heures le 14 juin 2022 . Ce projet est financé par le « Programme de la taxe sur l’essence et de la contribution du Québec 2019-2023 (TECQ) ». La Ville ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues et elle se réserve le privilège de les accepter en tout ou en partie.
