Résumé du projet et des travaux à exécuter L’Université de Montréal souhaite réduire la classification des installations de machines fixes de la centrale thermique (512) durant la période hivernale.

Les travaux de mise à niveau de la centrale thermique doivent également être alignés avec les politiques gouvernementales en matière de développement durable et de réduction des GES. Le présent mandat est la phase 2 du projet de décentralisation et de mise à niveau de la centrale thermique. Les travaux à exécuter consistent essentiellement à déployer un nouveau réseau de tuyauterie d’eau de chauffage entre la centrale thermique et les pavillons Roger-Gaudry, René-J.A. Lévesque, André-Aisenstatd, Jean-Coutu et Marcelle-Jean-Coutu. La mise à niveau de la chaufferie, les raccordements aux réseaux existants, ainsi que les autres travaux connexes dans les pavillons seront réalisés dans le cadre de la phase 3 (future). Calendrier des travaux L’Entrepreneur s’engage à prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires afin de respecter l’échéancier prévu pour débuter les travaux le ou vers le 2022-07-11 permettant l’émission du Certificat d’acceptation définitive au plus tard le : 2022-09-22 .
