Les documents d’appel d’offres pourront être obtenus par le Système Électronique d’Appel d’Offres (SEAO). Les demandes de renseignements devront être adressées à madame Véronique Bureau, gestionnaire administrative, finances secteur approvisionnement, du Cégep.

Les soumissions, dans des enveloppes scellées et adressées tel que défini au Cahier d’appel d’offres seront reçues au Service des approvisionnements du Cégep, local A-57, jusqu'à dix heures (10 :00), heure en vigueur localement, le 15 juin 2022 pour être ouvertes publiquement au même endroit, le même jour et à la même heure. Les soumissions doivent être accompagnées soit d'un chèque visé, d'une lettre de garantie irrévocable de première demande émise par une institution financière ou d'un cautionnement de soumission délivré par une institution financière conforme aux documents d’appel d’offres , représentant dix pour cent (10%) du total de la soumission, à l’ordre du Propriétaire, valide pour une période de cent vingt (120) jours suivants la date d'ouverture des soumissions. Seule sera considérée aux fins de l’admissibilité d’un Entrepreneur pour la présentation d’une soumission, la soumission de l’Entrepreneur ayant un établissement où il exerce ses activités de façon permanente au Québec, clairement identifié à son nom et accessible durant les heures normales de bureau ou, lorsqu’un accord intergouvernemental est applicable, au Québec ou dans une province ou un territoire visé par cet accord. Les entrepreneurs soumissionnaires sont responsables du choix des sous-traitants, tant pour leur solvabilité que pour le contenu de leurs soumissions. Le Propriétaire ne s'engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues.
