La date et l’heure limite pour présenter une soumission : Le 7 juin 2022 avant 11h à l’attention du Service des ressources matérielles du Centre de services scolaire , à l’adresse suivante : Centre de services scolaire des Chênes 457, rue des Écoles, Drummondville (Québec) J2B 1J3 Les heures d’ouverture des bureaux du Centre de services scolaire sont de 8h30 à 11h45 et de 13h à 16h, du lundi au vendredi. Le présent appel d’offres est soumis aux accords intergouvernementaux suivants : - Accord de libéralisation des marchés publics du Québec et du Nouveau-Brunswick; - Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario; - Accord de libre-échange canadien; Le soumissionnaire doit joindre à sa soumission les documents suivants : - Formulaire de soumission; - Bordereau de prix forfaitaires; - Autorisation de signature; - Attestation relative à la probité du soumissionnaire; - Attestation de Revenu Québec ou Absence d’établissement au Québec; - Garantie de soumission; - Licence requise en vertu de la Loi sur le bâtiment (RLRQ, chapitre B-1.1); - Formulaire de ventilation des prix; - Bordereau de soumission Classe A ; Attestation d’assurance chantier de l’entrepreneur ; Attestation d’assurance responsabilité de l’entrepreneur.
