Appel d’offres MODERNISATION DU SYSTÈME D’ÉCLAIRAGE DU STADE DESJARDINS AVIS EST, PAR LES PRÉSENTES, DONNÉ QUE des soumissions cachetées et endossées relatives à la modernisation du système d’éclairage du stade Desjardins à Thetford Mines seront reçues au bureau de la soussignée jusqu’au 21 juin 2022 à 14 heures . Les documents seront disponibles dès le 25 mai 2022 exclusivement à partir du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) en téléphonant au (number on the official notice) ou en consultant le www.seao.ca ; les frais établis par cet organisme étant applicables. Un chèque visé ou un cautionnement de soumission irrévocable d’un montant correspondant à 10 % du total de la soumission est exigé pour le dépôt d’une offre. Les cautionnements irrévocables et les prix soumis devront être valides pour une période de cent vingt (120) jours de calendrier suivant la date d’ouverture de offres. Les soumissionnaires devront faire parvenir leur offre à l’attention de Me Mélanie Lebrun-Boivin , greffière, 144 rue Notre-Dame Ouest, Thetford Mines, Québec, G6G 1J3, et ce, avant 14 heures le 21 juin 2022 . Les luminaires soumis doivent être admissibles au programme Solutions efficaces d’Hydro-Québec. La Ville ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues et elle se réserve le privilège de les accepter en tout ou en partie.
