La Municipalité de Saint-Esprit désire recevoir des soumissions par appel d’offres public par pondération pour des travaux de réfection d’un tronçon de la rue Rivest entre la rue Montcalm et la 3 e avenue sur une distance totale approximative de 500 mètres. Sans être limitatifs, les travaux se résument comme suit : Pulvérisation/enlèvement du pavage existant; Remplacement des conduites d’égout sanitaire, d’égout pluvial et d’eau potable; Travaux de gainage d’une section de l’égout sanitaire et de l’eau potable; Reconstruction de la structure de chaussée; Construction de bordures de béton; Pose de l’enrobé bitumineux; Réfection du site. Ainsi que tous les travaux connexes nécessaires à l’achèvement du présent contrat.
