Les soumissions scellées dans les enveloppes cachetées et identifiées : « Appel d’offres 2022-20 - Achat et pose de béton bitumineux – Réparation du pavage des rues pour l’année 2022 » , doivent parvenir à l’hôtel de ville de Lac-Mégantic, à l’attention de M me Nancy Roy, greffière, 5527 rue Frontenac, bureau 200, Lac-Mégantic (Québec) G6B 1H6, avant 10 h, le vendredi 3 juin 2022 . Les soumissions seront ouvertes au même endroit, immédiatement après l’heure de clôture des soumissions. Les soumissions reçues par télécopieur ne seront pas acceptées. La date limite de réception des plaintes est fixée avant 10 h, le 31 mai 2022. La personne désignée pour recevoir les plaintes est M me Nancy Roy, greffière à la Ville Lac-Mégantic, (email on the official notice). Un dépôt de garantie de dix pour cent (10 %) du montant total de la soumission sous forme de chèque visé ou de cautionnement de soumission doit être joint à la soumission. Le présent appel d’offres est assujetti à l’accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO) et à l’accord de libéralisation des marchés publics du Québec et du Nouveau-Brunswick (AQNB). La Ville de Lac-Mégantic ne s’engage pas à accepter la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues ni à encourir aucune obligation envers le ou les soumissionnaires. La Ville se réserve le droit de modifier les quantités sans recours pour le ou les soumissionnaires.
