100%Dans le cadre de l’exploitation de la réserve faunique de Matane (l’« Établissement » ou la « Réserve »), la Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (Sépaq) doit sporadiquement faire appel à des fournisseurs afin de confier à ceux-ci des travaux nécessitant l’opération de machineries lourdes, avec opérateur (les « Travaux »).

La Sépaq souhaite ainsi constituer des listes non exhaustives de tels fournisseurs afin de combler ses besoins sporadiques de travaux nécessitant l’opération de machineries lourdes entre le 20 juin et le 31 mars de chaque année (ci-après les « Travaux »). Ces listes sont définies en fonction des catégories desdits travaux nécessaires et indiqués aux conditions générales. Chaque Liste sera constituée pour une durée de neuf (9) mois, débutant le 20 juin 2022 pour se terminer au plus tard le 31 mars 2023. Les Listes pourront être renouvelées pour deux (2) périodes supplémentaires, d’une durée d’un (1) an chacune, soit du 1 er avril 2023 au 31 mars 2024, et du 1 er avril 2024 au 31 mars 2025.
