2022 ET 2023 CONSIDÉRANT que les états financiers de la MRC doivent être audités chaque année; CONSIDÉRANT le Règlement 02-0621 sur la gestion contractuelle de la MRC Brome-Missisquoi; CONSIDÉRANT les principes de rotation des fournisseurs, lesquels sont prévus à ce règlement, dont la qualité des services déjà dispensés ou livrés à la MRC, la qualité des services recherchés, le degré d’expertise nécessaire et la présence, sur le territoire de la MRC, d’un établissement du fournisseur; CONSIDÉRANT que la MRC pourrait obtenir un rabais si l’audit des états financiers se fait en même temps que le CLD de Brome-Missisquoi; EN CONSÉQUENCE, IL EST PROPOSÉ PAR GUY GRAVEL APPUYÉ PAR WILLIAM MILLER ET RÉSOLU : De conclure un contrat pour l’audit des états financiers 2022 et 2023 avec Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton s.e.n.c.r.l. pour un montant total forfaitaire de 29 250 $ plus les taxes applicables se détaillant comme suit, compte tenu que les travaux seront exécutés en même temps que le mandat au CLD:
- • Audit des états financiers 2022 : 14 250 $;
- • Audit des états financiers 2023 : 15 000 $.
