100%La Ville de Saint-Hyacinthe procède au présent appel d'offres afin de réaliser des travaux qui sont divisés en deux (2) lots distincts: Lot 1: Reconstruction de l'intercepteur Laurier en urgence Les travaux consistent au remplacement d’une section de l’intercepteur sanitaire situé dans la rivière Yamaska par une conduite de 750mm de diamètre passant sous la rue Girouard, sur une longueur d’environ 250 mètres. Le point d’accès en aval est composé de 2 regards et d’un (1) tunnel qui devront être colmaté et réhabilité.

Les travaux seront essentiellement à l’intérieur des infrastructures existantes et une nouvelle conduite sera installée vers la rue Girouard. En amont, le regard existant sera abandonné et la rive sera restaurée. Il y aura interception de la conduite de refoulement en amont du regard à abandonner, à l’extérieur de la bande riveraine. L’Entrepreneur général devra composer avec le pompage temporaire mis en place pour les travaux et mettre en place un pompage temporaire supplémentaire pour certaines phases des travaux. Aucun débordement d’eaux usées ne sera permis. Lot 2: Reconstruction d'un tronçon d'égout sanitaire de la rue Beaulieu Les travaux consistent au remplacement de l’égout sanitaire, incluant les deux (2) regards, de l’avenue Beaulieu, entre l’avenue de Claire-Vallée et le chemin Giard, sur une longueur d’environ 80 mètres. L’Entrepreneur général devra prévoir du pompage temporaire. La réfection des branchements de services croisés par les travaux sera réalisée dans la largeur de la tranchée seulement. Les travaux comprennent aussi la réfection des lieux et divers travaux afférents. La Ville de Saint-Hyacinthe procède au présent appel d'offres afin de réaliser des travaux qui sont divisés en deux (2) lots distincts: Visite des lieux Le soumissionnaire doit visiter les lieux, avant de présenter sa soumission; cette visite obligatoire vise à rendre accessible la structure à réhabiliter de l'intercepteur Laurier. Lors de la visite, le soumissionnaire est accompagné, le cas échéant, de son sous-traitant en réhabilitation. La visite des lieux s'effectue le mercredi 18 mai 2022 , à compter de 9 h 00; chaque soumissionnaire se verra attribuer un lieu d'attente, où il devra demeurer jusqu'à l'obtention de l'appel d'une responsable de l'appel d'offres lui permettant de se présenter sur le site de la visite des lieux. Puisque le déversement d'eaux usées dans la rivière Yamaska sera effectué afin de rendre accessible la structure à réhabiliter, la ponctualité et le respect des instructions fournies par les responsables de l'appel d'offres sont primordiales .
