100%1. OBJET DU CONTRAT
1.1 L’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public pour retenir les services d’un FOURNISSEUR pour la collecte, le transport et la disposition des encombrants et autres matières résiduelles. Le mandat est réparti sur deux (2) Territoires distincts, soit le Territoire Est et le Territoire Ouest, incluant également le Service des résidences (SR), et le Service de gestion des loyers abordables (SGLA). Le soumissionnaire pourra soumissionner pour l’obtention d’un contrat pour un (1) seul territoire ou de deux (2) contrats distincts pour les deux (2) territoires. 1.2 Le contrat consiste à rendre les services et réaliser tous les travaux conformément aux documents contractuels. de manière sécuritaire, responsable et professionnelle. L’OMHM s’attend à ce que chaque soumissionnaire possède une expérience pertinente et les ressources suffisantes pour la réalisation des travaux et services demandés par cet appel d’offres. Le FOURNISSEUR doit assigner du personnel capable d’effectuer un service de collecte, de transport et de disposition des encombrants et autres matières résiduelles de l’OMHM selon les règles de l’art, et ce, de manière sécuritaire, responsable et professionnelle 2. DURÉE INITIALE DU CONTRAT 2.1 Sous réserve des conditions mentionnées dans les documents d’appel d’offres, le contrat couvre la période du 15 juin 2022 au 14 juin 2024.

3. RENOUVELLEMENT DU CONTRAT
3.1 Sur avis écrit de l’OMHM au FOURNISSEUR, le présent contrat pourra être renouvelé pour une période de douze (12) mois, à la discrétion de l’OMHM.
