Description
100%Objet Le Centre d’acquisitions gouvernementales (CAG) sollicite des soumissions afin de constituer un regroupement d’achats pour l'acquisition (contrat à commande dont la fréquence et les quantités ne sont pas fixes et demandant des livraison journalière, hebdomadaire, ou mensuelle), de vaisselle jetables et d'accessoires de cuisine jetables, majoritairement, les établissements participants font partie du réseau de la santé, du réseau de l'éducation et du Ministère de la Sécurité Publique (Centres de détention sur le territoire visé). Il s’agit d’un dossier à portée pronciale, soit pour toutes les régions administratvies du Québec. Présentation des soumissions Le dépôt des prix et des documents, ainsi que de certaines autres informations, doit être fait sur le site Appel d'Offres Santé (AOS) et reçues au plus tard à l'heure et à la date limite fixées pour la réception des soumissions. Durée Le CAG vise un contrat d'une durée de 6 mois. Trois options de renouvellement de 6 mois chacune sont prévues au contrat. Ouverture des soumissions En raison des mesures sanitaires imposées par le gouvernement, la présence du public n’est pas permise pour le présent appel d’offres. La séance d’ouverture avec témoin sera diffusée. Seuls les noms des soumissionnaires seront divulgués. Séance d'information Une séance d'information aura lieu le 31 juin 2022 à 14h00. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent confirmer leur présence au gestionnaire de dossier à l'adresse : (email on the official notice). Les fournisseurs intéressés recevront les informations sur cette présentation par courriel. Cette rencontre a pour but de présenter les principaux éléments de l'appel d'offres.
