Le mandat consiste à fournir les services professionnels d’architecture et d’ingénierie comprenant l’étude préliminaire, la production de plans et devis ainsi que la surveillance bureau et chantier partiel pour la construction d’une nouvelle caserne et d’un garage municipal situés sur le terrain de l’ancien garage au 57, rue des Mésanges à Maria. Les personnes intéressées devront faire parvenir leur proposition et soumission sur les formulaires préparés par la Municipalité de Maria, sous enveloppe scellée, clairement identifiés et portant la mention « Appel d’offres TP-002 – Construction d’une nouvelle caserne et garage municipal », avant 13?h le 20 janvier 2023. La Municipalité de Maria ne s’engage à accepter ni le moins-disant ni aucune des soumissions reçues et elle décline toutes responsabilités à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions. Le contrat est adjugé sur décision du conseil de la Municipalité, à sa seule discrétion et la Municipalité ne peut être liée d’aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son conseil.
