100%Module de photo-stimulation pour ajouter à un microscope Nikon. Le module servira à activer des composées biologiques photosensibles lors de séances d’imagerie cellulaire sur des neurones en culture. Pour ce faire, le module de photo-stimulation doit s’installer sur le microscope inversé de Nikon (ECLIPSE Ti2-E) ainsi qu’être contrôlé par le logiciel d’acquisition propriétaire de Nikon (NIS-Elements).
