Description
100%Ce projet est réalisé afin d’offrir une augmentation des espaces du Collège rendue nécessaire par l’augmentation de clientèle. En ce sens, les échéanciers indiqués doivent permettre l’occupation du bâtiment pour la session d’hiver 2024. Le projet comprend 2 volets qui se déroulent en simultané, mais qui bénéficient de sources de financement distinctes. Leur séparation dans le traitement du dossier est primordiale.

Les Travaux se réaliseront sur un site en occupation et des interventions nécessaires au bon déroulement du projet auront lieu dans le bâtiment existant qui est en opération tout au long du projet. À cet effet, toutes les précautions nécessaires doivent être prises pour assurer la sécurité de tous. Volet A Ce volet comprend la construction du nouveau pavillon, la construction de la passerelle qui relie le nouveau bâtiment à l’aile C des bâtiments existants, les sections latérales et au nord du bâtiment de même que la terrasse haute. La portée des Travaux inclut également les travaux réalisés dans l’aile C, l’installation de la génératrice pour le réseau d’urgence du nouveau bâtiment et le raccordement de l’alimentation du nouveau bâtiment vers l’édicule électrique (Entrée électrique principale du campus). Volet B La portion de Travaux pour ce volet comprend l’ensemble des interventions au sud de la terrasse haute c’est-à-dire: la construction des gradins, la construction des terrasses intermédiaires et la construction de la rampe d’accès au niveau bas, la construction de la terrasse basse, l’accès du côté de la rue Valois au terrain de sport et au nouveau pavillon ainsi qu’au terrain de sport lui-même. Une séance d'information sera tenue le 12 mai 2022 à 9h00.
