Description
100%La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (Sépaq) souhaite retenir les services d’un fournisseur intéressé à offrir le déneigement de chemins d’hiver et stationnements (les « Services ») au parc national du Bic. Les Services comprennent notamment l’enlèvement et le soufflage de la neige, la fourniture et l’épandage d’abrasif, la fourniture et la pose de balises et autres travaux connexes. Les Services devront être fournis, selon le calendrier et les conditions prévus au Devis (Annexe A).

Une carte indiquant les chemins et stationnements à déneiger se trouve à l’Annexe C. Le soumissionnaire devra posséder les équipements nécessaires à l’exécution du Contrat, au plus tard le 1 er novembre 2022. Le Contrat sera pour une durée de trois (3) saisons hivernales, soit du 1 er novembre 2022 au 31 octobre 2025, avec une option de renouvellement de deux (2) ans. Nonobstant ce qui précède, les Services seront requis pendant la saison hivernale soit entre le 1 er novembre et le 30 avril de chaque année.
