Notez que cet appel d’offres est assujetti aux accords suivants : Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC), Accord de libéralisation des marchés publics du Québec et du Nouveau-Brunswick (AQNB) et l’Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO).
