Les documents de soumission seront disponibles sur le site de Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) au www.seao.ca au coût établi par le SÉAO. Les soumissions seront reçues à la Municipalité des cantons unis de Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury, au 205, chemin de la Grande-Ligne, Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury (Québec) G3C 0X7, avant 9 h 30, le jeudi 19 mai 2022 et ouvertes publiquement immédiatement après l’heure de clôture des soumissions. Le présent appel d’offres est assujetti au règlement relatif à la gestion contractuelle de la Municipalité des cantons unis de Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury. L’offre doit être présentée par un fournisseur ayant un établissement au Québec ou dans un des territoires visés par les accords applicables. La Municipalité des cantons unis de Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues. Elle se réserve également le droit de retrancher certaines parties du contrat sans encourir aucun préjudice de la part du soumissionnaire et elle se dégage de toutes responsabilités quant aux frais encourus par le soumissionnaire dans la préparation de sa soumission.
