Ce partenariat avec le Secrétariat du Conseil du Trésor (SCT) et l’académie de la transformation numérique de l’Université Laval dont le mandat est la création de cette application qui permettra d’outiller les ministères et les organisations publiques pour les aider à réussir leur transformation numérique en permettant aux gestionnaires d’obtenir une mesure diagnostique de la maturité et des compétences numériques des employés sous leur autorité. De plus, elle permettra au SCT de suivre l’évolution de la transformation numérique des ministères et organismes qui se serviront de cet outil.
