2022-1927 – Règlement RV-1661 Travaux de réfection de la dalle de toit du décanteur à l’usine d’épuration de Boisbriand L’appel d’offres concerne des travaux de réfection d’une dalle de toit en béton à l’usine d’épuration de Boisbriand, situé au 480, rue Chauvin. Les travaux du présent appel d’offres se décrivent comme suit : démantèlement des équipements en place; enlèvement du béton dégradé; reconstruction et surépaisseur de béton; remise en place des équipements existants; réfection des lieux. Les soumissions sous pli cacheté portant le numéro de contrat ci-haut mentionné doivent être reçues avant 11 h , heure locale, le lundi 16 mai 2022 à l’adresse suivante : VILLE DE BOISBRIAND Service juridique et greffe 940, boulevard de la Grande-Allée, bureau 120 Boisbriand (Québec) J7G 2J7 Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement le lundi 16 mai 2022 à 11 h, heure locale.

CONDITIONS
Seules seront acceptées les soumissions provenant d’un entrepreneur ou d’un fournisseur ayant un établissement au Québec ou qui ont un établissement dans un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental de libéralisation des marchés applicable à la Ville. Le formulaire de soumission de l’appel d’offres doit être déposé en trois (3) exemplaires (un [1] original et deux [2] copies) et doit notamment être accompagnées d’un chèque visé, d’un mandat-poste ou d’une traite-bancaire tiré d’une institution financière fait à l’ordre de la Ville de Boisbriand ou d’un cautionnement de soumission représentant au moins dix (10 %) du montant total de la soumission toutes taxes incluses. Le formulaire de soumissions doit également être accompagnés d’une lettre d’engagement de la caution émise par une compagnie d’assurances apparaissant au tableau de l’Autorité des marchés financiers, autorisée à se porter caution judiciaire et certifiant qu’elle émettra un cautionnement d’exécution et un cautionnement pour paiement des salaires, matériaux et services, chacun pour une valeur de cinquante (50 %) du montant total de la soumission toutes taxes incluses. Le présent contrat est assujetti au Règlement sur la gestion contractuelle de la Ville de Boisbriand et, à cet effet, tout soumissionnaire devra s’engager en complétant la Déclaration du soumissionnaire - Annexe I du Règlement RV-1650 sur la gestion contractuelle disponible sur le site Internet de la Ville au www.boisbriand.qc.ca.
