C-65.1) dont le site internet est le suivant : www.seao.ca OUVERTURE DES SOUMISSIONS : Les soumissions seront reçues au plus tard à 11 h00, le lundi 16 mai 2022, à l'hôtel de ville situé au 300, avenue Basile-Routhier à Pointe-Calumet (Québec) J0N 1G2. Pour être considérée, toute soumission devra être présentée sur les formulaires spécialement préparés à cette fin et remise sous pli cacheté. Les soumissions reçues seront ouvertes publiquement au bureau de la directrice-générale, immédiatement après l'expiration du délai pour leur présentation. ADJUDICATION DU CONTRAT : Une résolution du Conseil de la Ville de Pointe-Calumet, octroiera le 14 juin 2022, le contrat de façon officielle. GARANTIE DE SOUMISSION : Les soumissions devront être accompagnées d'un cautionnement de soumission équivalent à 10% du montant total de la soumission à l'ordre de la Municipalité de Pointe-Calumet (chèque visé non accepté). La Municipalité ne s'engage à accepter aucune des soumissions et décline toute responsabilité à l'égard des soumissionnaires. S'il est dans l'intérêt de la Municipalité et que l'égalité entre les soumissionnaires ne s'en retrouve pas rompue, celle-ci peut passer outre à tout vice de forme ou défaut qu'il juge mineur que peut contenir la soumission.
