Sont considérés comme documents confidentiels : tous les types de support affichant ou contenant des informations confidentielles telles que, sans s’y limiter : Papier, disque dur, CD, cartes de plastique, bracelets d’hôpital, radiographies, etc. Le DONNEUR D’ORDRE divise le territoire en 2 lots distincts correspondant à un secteur. Lot #1 Secteur Saguenay : o Chicoutimi o Jonquière o La Baie Lot #2 Secteur Lac-St-jean : o Alma et ses environs o Roberval et ses environs o Dolbeau et ses environs L’ORGANISME PUBLIC recommande fortement au PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES d’effectuer une visite des sites visés par le présent appel d’offres pour voir les particularités de chaque lieu. Le SOUMISSIONNAIRE reconnaît que les quantités présentées ne servent qu'au calcul de la plus basse soumission et à l’implantation initiale des services.
