Le présent avis est diffusé par le service « SEAO » qui est un système électronique d’appel d’offres mis en place par le gouvernement du Québec. Les abonnés à ce service peuvent se procurer les documents relatifs au présent appel d’offres en s’adressant à « SEAO » et en lui payant les frais exigés.

Toute personne intéressée peut contacter le service « SEAO » au numéro de téléphone (number on the official notice). Les soumissions doivent être accompagnées d'un chèque visé, fait à l'ordre de la Ville de Gaspé, dont le montant est égal ou supérieur à 10% du montant total de la soumission incluant toutes taxes applicables. À défaut d'un chèque visé, les soumissions peuvent être accompagnées d'un cautionnement de soumission émis par une compagnie d'assurances détenant un permis d'assureur au Canada ou au Québec, établi au même montant et valide pour une période de 60 jours suivant la date d'ouverture des soumissions. Ce cautionnement sera par la suite gardé par la Ville de Gaspé à titre de cautionnement d’exécution jusqu’à la fin du contrat. Quel que soit le mode d’expédition que le soumissionnaire choisit d’adopter, toute soumission doit, pour être validement reçue, se trouver entre les mains de la greffière de la Ville de Gaspé ou de son mandaté officiel, sous pli cacheté au plus tard à 14 h le 12 mai 2022. Toute soumission reçue après ce délai sera retournée à son expéditeur sans être ouverte. La soumission doit être envoyée avec l’inscription sur l’enveloppe « Soumission – Construction d’un chalet des sports - Placements Wakeham » à l’adresse suivante : Services juridiques et du greffe Ville de Gaspé 25, rue de l’Hôtel-de-Ville Gaspé (Québec) G4X 2A5 Les soumissions seront ouvertes à l'hôtel de ville, le même jour à partir de 14 h 01 et la présence des soumissionnaires est souhaitable.
