Les soumissions seront reçues au bureau de la Municipalité de Cap-Saint-Ignace, sis au 180, place de l’Église, Cap-Saint-Ignace (Québec) G0R 1H0, jusqu’au 28 avril 2022. Elles devront y être déposées avant 11 h , sous enveloppe scellée, portant la mention « Soumission – fourniture et pose d’enrobé bitumineux », pour y être ouvertes publiquement le même jour à 11 h 05. Les soumissions reçues par télécopieur, par courriel ou autrement ne seront pas prises en considération. Les soumissionnaires devront accorder une attention particulière aux documents qu’ils doivent joindre à leur soumission , tels qu’ils sont exigés dans le devis. La Municipalité de Cap-Saint-Ignace ne s'engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions déposées. Elle se dégage de toute responsabilité quant aux frais déboursés par les soumissionnaires pour la préparation de leur soumission et du fait que les avis écrits ou documents quelconques véhiculés par système électronique soient incomplets ou comportent quelques erreurs ou omissions que ce soit.
