Le devis et les formules de soumission peuvent être obtenus auprès du système électronique d’appels d’offres (SEAO) en consultant le site web www.seao.ca et en y inscrivant le numéro 04-03.04.01-027. Seules sont admises à soumissionner les personnes, sociétés et compagnies ayant obtenu le document d’appel d’offres directement du SEAO. Les soumissions seront évaluées suivant le système d’évaluation et de pondération facultatif prévu à la Loi sur les cités et villes . Pour être valable, chaque soumission doit être accompagnée d’une garantie de soumission correspondant à 10 % du montant total de la soumission, sous forme de chèque visé, de traite bancaire ou de cautionnement, fait au nom de la Ville de Bécancour.
