Les soumissions transmises sur support papier doivent être déposées au bureau de la soussignée situé au 1325, place de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, Trois-Rivières (Québec) G9A 5H3, soit en les déposant dans la boite extérieure, accessible de 8 h 30 à 16 h 30 (verrouillée et inaccessible en dehors des heures mentionnées) identifiée « Dépôt de soumissions », adjacente à la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel de ville ou soit en les remettant à l’agent de sécurité à l’entrée de l’hôtel de ville avant 11 h le mardi 26 avril 2022. Les soumissions transmises par voie électronique doivent être effectuées par l’intermédiaire du système électronique d’appel d’offres à l’adresse mentionnée ci-haut avant 11 h le mardi 26 avril 2022. L’ouverture des soumissions se fera au bureau de la soussignée, le même jour, sera filmée et pourra être visionnée sur le site web de la Ville. Nous vous référons au site web de la Ville afin de connaitre les mesures sanitaires applicables lors de cette ouverture de soumissions. La Ville de Trois-Rivières ne s'engage pas à accepter la plus basse des soumissions reçues ni aucune de celles-ci.
