Les spécifications techniques des biens devant être présentés par le fournisseur au MERN comprennent, de façon générale, les éléments présentés à la section « 2.1 Description détaillée des biens livrables à fournir » et les exigences techniques minimales à « l’annexe 6 – Spécifications techniques ». Les articles devront être livrés au MERN trente (30) jours ouvrables après la signature du contrat. Pour pouvoir présenter une soumission, le fournisseur doit avoir au Québec ou dans un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental applicable, un établissement où il exerce ses activités de façon permanente, clairement identifié à son nom et accessible durant les heures normales de bureau. Le Ministère désire porter votre attention aux articles 3.12 et 3.13 concernant les conditions d’admissibilité des fournisseurs et les conditions de conformité des soumissions.
