100%Dans le cadre de l’exploitation de la réserve faunique des Laurentides (l’« Établissement » ou la « Réserve »), la Sépaq doit régulièrement faire appel à des entrepreneurs afin de confier à ceux-ci des travaux de construction. La nature de ces travaux est variable et dépendra des besoins de la Réserve. La Sépaq souhaite constituer deux (2) listes non exhaustives d’entrepreneur afin de combler ses besoins sporadiques et imprévus de travaux de construction (les « Travaux ») à la Réserve (ci-après les « Listes »).

Les Listes suivantes sont constituées : • Liste A : Entrepreneur en portes et fenêtres; • Liste B : Entrepreneur en construction. Les Travaux seront réalisés sur le territoire de la Réserve. À titre indicatif, une carte générale de la Réserve est disponible sur la page Internet suivante : https://www.sepaq.com/dotAsset/3288997.pdf. Les Travaux à effectuer sont de toute nature, dont notamment, mais non limitativement : • Installation de fenêtres; • Assemblage et installation d’abris du pêcheur (petites cabanes); • Construction d’annexes de salles de toilette, dans le secteur Brûlé de la Réserve; • Plusieurs petits projets de construction. Les Listes seront constituées pour une période débutant le 1 er mai 2022 au 31 mars 2025, sans renouvellement. Toutefois, la date d’anniversaire des Listes est réputée être le 1 er avril de chaque année.
