Le prix servant à déterminer le plus bas soumissionnaire conforme sera l’addition des 2 résultats de multiplication, à savoir : Qtés estimées livrées x prix livré = Total A Qtés estimées non livrées x prix non livré = Total B Grand total (prix servant à l’acceptation de la soumission) = Total A + Total B Les documents d’appels d’offres décrivant la nature exacte des travaux à réaliser pourront être obtenus en s’adressant au Service électronique d’appels d’offres (SEAO) en communiquant avec un des représentants par téléphone au (number on the official notice) ou au (number on the official notice) ou en consultant le site web www.seao.ca. Les documents peuvent être obtenus au coût établi par le SEAO. C’est la responsabilité du soumissionnaire de s’assurer lui-même que sa soumission a, de fait, bel et bien été reçue au bureau municipal avant l’ouverture des soumissions. Le dépôt dans un bureau de poste ou le fait que la soumission soit reçue dans la chute à courrier de la Municipalité avant l’heure du dépôt des soumissions n’est pas suffisant pour que la soumission soit reçue à temps. Les soumissions seront ouvertes à l’adresse ci-dessus mentionnée, le même jour, à compter de 11h, heure en vigueur localement. La Municipalité de Saint-Ludger ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues et se réserve le droit de rejeter toutes soumissions sans encourir aucune responsabilité pour les dommages pouvant résulter de cette demande de soumission.
