100%Dans le cadre de l’appel d’offres public publié au système électronique d’appel d’offres du gouvernement du Québec (SEAO) le 23 décembre 2021, sous le numéro de référence SEAO 1556407, numéro d’avis 2021-12-23, la Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (Sépaq) demandait des propositions de firmes intéressées à déployer un progiciel de gestion intégré (PGI) en mode infonuagique de type « Software as a Service – (SaaS) » auprès de la Sépaq et de fournir des services professionnels pour son implantation, son entretien et l’assistance en lien avec son utilisation. L’appel d’offres est organisé en deux étapes. À la première étape, la Sépaq a sélectionné les soumissionnaires qui devront participer à la deuxième étape sur la base d’une démonstration de la qualité uniquement, selon leur rang respectif sur la note finale. À la deuxième étape, la Sépaq invite les soumissionnaires sélectionnés à présenter une offre de prix avec une démonstration de qualité (deux documents distincts). À la suite de l’analyse des propositions, la Sépaq a retenu les propositions des trois (3) soumissionnaires suivants pour la deuxième étape : Alithya Canada inc. Société Conseil Groupe LGS PricewaterhouseCoopers s.r.l./s.e.n.c.r.l. Le Contrat est valide pour une durée de soixante (60) mois avec possibilité de renouvellement pour une période additionnelle de soixante (60) mois. Les travaux de déploiement du PGI doivent être complétés au plus tard le 31 mars 2025.
