L’objectif de cet appel d’offres est d’octroyer deux (2) contrats pour réaliser une prise de photographies aériennes numériques multispectrales (bandes couleur [RGB] et infrarouge [NIR]) géoréférencées et la production de modèles photogrammétriques et de mosaïques d’orthophotographies à une résolution de 20 cm. Le premier contrat couvre les territoires des MRC d’Argenteuil, des Pays-d’en-Haut, des Laurentides et de la Rivière-du-Nord pour une superficie d’environ 5 448 km², tandis que le second contrat couvre le territoire de la MRC d’Antoine-Labelle pour une superficie d‘environ 4 364 km². Le ministre attire particulièrement votre attention sur les clauses 3.14 et 3.15 du document d’appel d’offres qui vous indiquent les conditions d’admissibilité des prestataires de services et de conformité des soumissions à respecter dans le cadre de cet appel d’offres. La soumission doit être présentée par un prestataire de services ayant, au Québec ou dans un des territoires visés par les accords intergouvernementaux applicables ou sur le territoire de l’Amérique du Nord, un établissement où il exerce ses activités de façon permanente, clairement identifié à son nom et accessible durant les heures normales de bureau.
