100%La Municipalité d’Issoudun (Maître de l’ouvrage) demande des soumissions pour l’exécution de travaux de construction décrits ci-après : - Enlèvement de ponceaux ; - Bonification granulaire de l’enrobé bitumineux ; - Décohésionnement du pavage existant sur environ 815 m ; - Préparation finale avant pavage ; - Travaux d’asphaltage et de rechargement des accotements ; - Remplacement d’un ponceau et aménagement d’extrémités ; - Nettoyage et reprofilage de fossés ; - Divers travaux connexes de réfection et d’aménagement nécessaires à la réalisation du projet. Noter bien que les numéros de sections de l’étude hydrologique en annexe et ceux des plans et auxquelles font référence le devis sont inversés l’un par rapport à l’autre. Toute soumission doit, pour être considérée valide, être préparée sur la formule fournie avec les documents de soumission et accompagnée des documents requis mentionnés au devis. Les documents nécessaires à la soumission seront disponibles sur le site du Système Électronique d’Appel d’Offres (SÉAO) au www.seao.ca à partir du 28 mars 2022. L’obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification applicable définie par le SÉAO. La responsable de l’appel d’offres du Maître de l’ouvrage est Monsieur Mathieu Roy, Directeur général et greffier-trésorier au (number on the official notice) ou encore par courriel au (email on the official notice). Toute question doit obligatoirement être adressée à cette personne. Les soumissions doivent être reçues à Issoudun situé au 314, rue Principale, QC, G0S1L0 le 15 avril 2022 à 11h00. Les soumissions alors reçues seront ouvertes publiquement immédiatement à la suite de l’heure de tombée mentionnée précédemment. Le Maître de l’ouvrage se réserve le droit de n’accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues et de retrancher du contrat certaines parties. Le Maître de l’ouvrage ne sera en outre passible d’aucune poursuite ou réclamation pour frais ou pertes encourues par les soumissionnaires à la suite de telles décisions.
