Ce plan a pour objectif de planifier et orienter le développement et les investissements à prévoir à la station, et ce, en accord avec les valeurs de la planification stratégique de la Ville de Lac-Mégantic. S’échelonnant sur une période de 10 ans, le plan permettra de réaliser des investissements cohérents en fonction d’une vision et d’objectifs préétablis. Il permettra également de définir le cadre de planification des projets d’aménagement visés et un plan d’action concret favorisant sa mise en œuvre. La Ville désire obtenir rendu visuel 3D des propositions. Le soumissionnaire doit fournir un prix unitaire pour chacune des planches qui sera requises par la Ville (en option dans le bordereau de prix) pour le dépôt d’un rendu visuel 3D. Les soumissions scellées et marquées « Appel d’offres 2022-17 – Réalisation du plan directeur de la station touristique Baie-des-Sables de Lac-Mégantic » doivent parvenir à l'hôtel de ville de la Ville de Lac-Mégantic, à l'attention de M me Nancy Roy, greffière, 5527, rue Frontenac, bureau 200, Lac-Mégantic, G6B 0B9, avant 10 h, le mardi 5 avril 2022 . Les offres reçues après la date susmentionnée seront retournées, non décachetées, au soumissionnaire. Les enveloppes N os 1 et 3 seront ouvertes publiquement à l’endroit, à l’heure et à la date indiquées ci-dessus. À cette étape, seulement les noms des soumissionnaires seront dévoilés. La Ville de Lac-Mégantic ne s’engage à retenir ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions présentées.
