100%Le service à l'externe consiste à faire exécuter l'arrosage de 900 à 1 200 arbres, de 10 500 m² à 11 700 m² de saillies et de 1 000 m² de plates-bandes, situés dans le secteur comprenant l'ensemble du territoire de l'arrondissement au nord de l'avenue du Mont-Royal, à l'exception du parc S.W. Laurier et du terre-plein central du boulevard Saint-Joseph qui demeureront sous la responsabilité des équipes de la Ville.

Le contrat comprend la fourniture de trois (3) camions-citernes, de la main-d'œuvre, le maintien de la circulation, ainsi que toutes les dépenses accessoires. Pour chaque année du contrat, les activités d'arrosage couvriront une période minimale de 20 semaines, dans la période comprise entre le début mai et la fin septembre. Les travaux devront être exécutés du lundi au samedi, entre 5h et 00h. Les fréquences d'arrosage et les quantités sont définies pour chaque item dans le devis technique de l'appel d'offres et doivent être respectées par le fournisseur. Une surveillance sera exécutée quotidiennement par le contremaître de l'horticulture, ainsi que par les agents techniques en horticulture et arboriculture, pour assurer un contrôle de la quantité d'eau fournie aux végétaux et de la qualité du travail. Également, le prestataire de services devra soumettre un rapport hebdomadaire pour la reddition des comptes.
