100%CAHIER DES CHARGES APPEL D’OFFRES SUR INVITATION # OI-ARCH-PAYS-003 (2021) FONDÉ UNIQUEMENT SUR UN PRIX SERVICES PROFESSIONNELS EN ARCHITECTURE DU PAYSAGE – École des Mille-Fleurs SOMMAIRE DE L’APPEL D’OFFRES Le Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin (« CSS Marie-Victorin ») veut établir un contrat pour un mandat spécifique avec un professionnel en architecture du paysage, relativement à des services professionnels à réaliser dans le cadre du projet de réfection de la cour de l’École des Mille-Fleurs, située au 1600, rue de Monaco, à Saint-Hubert. Les dates de réalisation de ce mandat sont approximatives et s’établissent comme suit : 22 février 2021 au 30 octobre 2021 (acceptation finale des travaux de construction). Les services requis pour ce mandat sont les suivants : Services pour l’étude, la préparation des plans et devis, la préparation d’un appel d’offres et les services de surveillance à effectuer durant la réalisation du projet de construction. En raison des circonstances actuelles liées à la pandémie de la COVID-19 et à ses conséquences sur la plupart des échéanciers et projets du CSS Marie-Victorin, ces services sont calculés et établis sur une seule année, et sont attribués en fonction du prix révisé et adapté aux besoins particuliers du CSS Marie-Victorin. Le CSS Marie-Victorin ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues. Les documents d’appel d’offres ne peuvent être obtenus que par l’intermédiaire du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO). Avertissement Il est fortement suggéré au soumissionnaire de faire sa demande d’attestation de Revenu Québec le plus rapidement possible afin de pouvoir résoudre tout problème éventuel relatif à son obtention avant la date limite de réception des soumissions. En effet, conformément à l’article 2.5 des instructions aux soumissionnaires, cette attestation doit être valide jusqu’à la fin de la période de trois (3) mois qui suit le mois au cours duquel elle a été délivrée. De plus, l’attestation du soumissionnaire ne doit pas avoir été délivrée après la date et l’heure limites fixées pour la réception des soumissions.
