Les soumissions seront reçues à l’hôtel de ville, 150, rue Child, Coaticook, Québec, J1A 2B3, dans des enveloppes cachetées avec la mention : «Travaux et fourniture d’enrobé bitumineux de type A-B-C pour l’année 2019 » Jusqu’à 13 h 30, le jeudi 28 février 2019 pour être ouvertes publiquement à ce moment. Il est de l’entière responsabilité du soumissionnaire de s’assurer que son enveloppe est acheminée en temps et lieu à l’endroit prévu. La Ville de Coaticook ne s'engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions qui auront été reçues, ni à encourir aucune obligation, ni aucun frais d’aucune sorte envers le ou les soumissionnaire(s). La Ville peut, s’il est avantageux pour elle de le faire, passer outre à tout défaut de conformité de la soumission si ce défaut ne brise pas la règle de l’égalité entre les soumissionnaires.
